At Skov Winery, we focus on finding the best quality fruit within the Santa Cruz Mountains and letting the fruit naturally express itself with minimal handling. Skov wines reflect the natural characteristics of the grapes from the vineyard with its unique soil type and the various microclimates that exist from the cool ocean influences and mountain terrain.

With the purchase of an existing winery in 2003, we continued with the legacy of style and grace that was left behind by Bob Roudon and Jim Smith. But it wasn't until the end of 2010 that we decided that it was time to begin our own legacy. On January 1st, 2011, Skov Winery was born, bringing with it fantastic Santa Cruz Mountain Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon Pinot Noir, Merlot and Zinfandel.
